Every property has a story, and our goal is to capture the details, design, and character that make each home unique. Through carefully crafted photography, cinematic visuals, and a refined creative process, we create imagery designed to elevate your listing and leave a lasting impression on potential buyers.
Photography Approach
HDR Photography
For standard residential listings, our HDR photography service provides an efficient and professional solution. These sessions typically require 30–45 minutes on-site and are designed to capture the property beautifully while maintaining an efficient turnaround.
Luxury & Architectural Photography
Exceptional homes deserve more than a standard approach.
For luxury residences, custom-built homes, and architecturally significant properties, our team takes a more detailed and creative approach. We carefully consider lighting, composition, architectural elements, materials, and the unique features that define the home.
These productions typically require 2–3 hours on-site, and additional time may be needed for larger estates or properties with unique design characteristics.
Our purpose is not only to photograph a home, but to create a visual experience that communicates its craftsmanship, lifestyle, and value.
Scheduling
To maintain the highest level of quality, Minaz Media accepts a limited number of bookings each day. This allows our creative team the necessary time and attention to deliver exceptional results for every property.
Preparing Your Property
A successful photoshoot begins before our team arrives.
Please ensure the property is fully cleaned, staged, and ready for photography. We recommend removing personal items, preparing all rooms, and ensuring the home is presented at its best.
For the most efficient production, homeowners, tenants, pets, and additional occupants should be off-site during the photoshoot whenever possible. The listing agent is responsible for providing access and securing the property after completion.
If a lockbox is available, please provide the access code during booking.
If the property is not ready when our team arrives and a return visit is required, additional scheduling and service fees may apply.
Delivery Timeline
Photography: Delivered the following morning. (Friday appointments are delivered on Monday.)
Video Content: Delivered within 2 business days, depending on project scope.
We understand the importance of timing in real estate marketing and work to deliver content promptly without compromising quality.
Rescheduling
To modify or cancel your appointment, please use the confirmation email received after booking. This allows you to easily manage your scheduled service.
Cancellation Policy
Each appointment reserves dedicated production time from our creative team.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount, as last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time slot to another client.
